Made to Order Craftsmanship (5–6 Business Days)
Every Aurivo fine jewelry creation is strictly Made to Order. Upon receiving your order, our master goldsmiths and gemologists take 5–6 business days to individually hand-craft, set, inspect, and mirror-polish your heirloom piece before it is certified and packed.
Please note: Courier shipping transit times listed below begin after your creation has completed its atelier crafting phase.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipping to the USA, UK, and Canada, we operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means that all relevant customs duties and import taxes are calculated and included at checkout. There will be no hidden fees or unexpected charges upon delivery.
For other international destinations, local taxes or duties may apply upon arrival. Please check with your local customs office for specific thresholds and rates.
Insurance & Security
Every Aurivo piece is shipped with comprehensive insurance covering the full value of your jewelry while in transit. For your security, all deliveries require a direct signature upon receipt. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on standard collection pieces within 14 days of delivery. The jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition with all security tags attached.
Bespoke and personalized items (including custom engravings) are crafted specifically for you and are non-refundable. For international returns, the client is responsible for the return shipping costs, though we can arrange a secure pickup on your behalf at a discounted rate.
